Vilho Jonsson is one of the founders of Swedish collaboration agency curlabs AB. Starting his studies in IT engineering 2011 at KTH in Stockholm, Kista. He met Aftab in 2015 when leading one of the work packages in the EUREKA project SooGREEN. A young albeit experienced ICT facilitator and change coach having led multiple trans-european teams during his time with Swedish operator Tele2. Together with Johan Bäckman providing Olwel with coaching and collaborations with Swedish healtchare and funding sector. And together with the other nordic advisors laying the groundwork for an introduction of Olwel to the nordic market.

Johan Bäckman is one of the founders of curlabs AB, a Swedish Innovation & Collaboration agency. He has +25 years of experience in the field of IT & Telecom, having had assignments at companies with operations across Europe. During 2014-2017 he was, together with Vilho Jonsson, the driving force in the design and implementation of a program to drive innovation and change through employee engagement within the Tele2 group. He met Aftab in 2015 during the setup of Tele2's participation in the EUREKA project SooGREEN. Together with Vilho providing Olwel with coaching and collaborations with Swedish healthcare and funding sector. And together with the other Nordic advisors laying the groundwork for an introduction of Olwel to the Nordic market.

Tapio ``Tapsa`` Siik serves as an Advisor to Aalto Start-Up Center, Finland. He has extensive Nokia background of around 17 years in various positions ranging from running large R&D organizations to Vice President level business line responsibilities. In the last seven years with Nokia he was a key member in Nokia VC investment teams, Nokia Venture Partners & Nokia Growth Partners and invested in many successful startups globally. As an angel investor he also invested in different healthcare and wellness startups e.g., iSTOC, Wellness Foundry and FlowMedik.

Dr. Salahuddin Feroz
Consultant
Dr. Salahuddin Feroz completed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College and MD in Nephrology from BSMMU, Dhaka. He began his career at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, gaining experience in multiple departments at BSMMU. He has international experience in nephrology at Leicester Royal Infirmary and Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, UK, and worked with the UK’s NHS. Dr. Feroz supervises Olwel’s GP doctors and oversees healthcare monitoring and evaluation.
Dr. Saleh Uddin Mahmood
Consultant
Dr. Saleh Uddin Mahmood earned his MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College, followed by an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Nottingham and an MPhil in Regenerative Medicine from King’s College London. He served as a clinical coordinator with NHS England, contributing to healthcare policy and GP services. Since returning to Bangladesh, he has focused on advancing a GP referral system and a digital health infrastructure, consulting for Olwel to enhance service quality.

Aftab Hossain studied in Notre Dame college and graduated with a BSc in EEE from BUET in 2001. At the end of his 5 years tenure in AKTEL (currently Robi) he started MBA in IBA, Dhaka University in 2007. However, later in 2007 he availed the opportunity to study Radio Engineering in Helsinki University of Technology (currently known as Aalto University) where he finished his MSc with distinction in 2009. After obtaining his doctoral degree from the same university in 2016, he joined KTH Royal institute of Technology as a postdoctoral fellow.
Mojahedul Hoque Abul Hasanat
CTO
Mojahedul Hoque, a BUET EEE graduate, is a top software architect with expertise in building scalable, secure systems. He co-founded Dynamic Solution Innovators, serving clients globally, and later became CTO at Therap Services, helping it lead in the US health sector. Since 2017, he has focused on DSi, leading a large team of Enterprise Java developers for US and European clients. He holds a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification.

Olwel is a Finland based company. Our aim is to improve the healthcare system in developing countries. We have selected the capital of Bangladesh, Dhaka, as our first operating location. We have studied the healthcare system in Bangladesh and found that the absence of general practitioners is creating a huge load on specialist doctors. We have developed an innovative service platform to tackle this problem. Our platform connects qualified and trained general practitioners with patients so the service can be delivered directly to patients' homes.
We provide our service throughout Dhaka now. With the immense amount of support and appreciation that we have received, we would like to expand our services and provide the best healthcare to the people throughout the country.
Our doctors have gone through a rigorous selection process. They have passed their MBBS degree from a reputed medical college and have a verified BMDC registration. They have at least 2 years of experience after passing their internship. They have gone through a selection board made up of senior doctors and specialists. Then they receive special training by our local expert doctors panel, expatriate doctors panel, and a formal behavioural training.
